I clear my throat honestly Brian should have just walked out. I stand with boldness. He walks around and sit on my chair. Kill me now. This guy is crazy yazi you know I honestly can't turn to face him.
"So you are going to pretend that you don't see me" He asks and clear my throat to signal him to leave but he doesn't.
"Brian leave man you are making my baby shy" I say as Tali is buried on my chest. I can tell she is laughing a little
"So you were going to say 'my' what before you took a turn around brother" He asks chuckling. He mustn't start with me now
"My Talitha Brian. Now get what you wanted or leave what you were bringing" I say. He doesn't look bothered instead he laughs
"Oh so she is yours. I didn't know" He says. I am so going to embarrass him with Melody
"Yeah cause she's 'My PA'. Do you have a problem." I ask emphasising 'My PA'
"Not at all brother she is yours after all" He says. I chuckle which makes Tali to giggle.
I decide to walk with Tali to the door and open for her to walk out then head back to my stupid brother. He stands up and move to the other side. It serves him right
"What the f**k is wrong with you" I ask
"You are moving slow like a tortoise so I am making a move for you brother." He says unbothered and I chuckle in disbelief
"why would I be rushing" I ask taking a chair and he takes the one Tali was sitting at I look at him
"What am I invading your Tali's seat" he asks attempting to stand up. I laugh throwing my head back.
My brother is my a fool. How am o going to cope with him now that he found us kissing it's worse. He tells me his reason why he is here. We continue talking with all things nonsensical.
"Get your shots together man with Talili. That guy is making his moves and sending texts all day. If you don't open your eyes you'll loose her to some horny bastard" Brian says
"Man you are stressing me. I think I fear rejection. That s**t hurts man" I say. I was once rejected by a lady who I liked 3 Years back.
"You'll never know until you tap into the waters." He says standing by the door
"I'll see man. One step at a time" I say. He raises his hands in surrender and walks out
I really love Talitha and everyday she has a new quality that draws me more to her like today her blunt self just amused me that I decided to walk away.

I made sure I ordered my kids food during lunch time and asked if they are okay every minute I got. I think I'll pass by the shops. I can't get over what Brian saw. I don't know how I am going to look at him. I continue working and Miss budging in without knocking does what she does best.
"Girl Friday we are going to this new club and I am sleeping over at your place" Melody says
"b***h have you ever heard of knocking" I ask as she makes her self comfortable on the chair.
"It's not like you can f**k in the office. You are too innocent." She says and I laugh
"You know they bewitched you to like things that are out of order" I say. She laughs and takes my lunchbox. She takes out a cookie and shove it in her mouth
"Mhmmm. Baby girl if Mr Patton ate here then we are preparing attires" she says with eyes closed. I laugh whose child is this?
"You know I regret befriending you" I say laughing
"Your life was dull my baby admit it" she says and the way she just said maBaby reminds me of my sister
" Anyway those were baked by ma" I say. I am not hungry and I wonder what my boss ate. I just couldn't go back to that office
"So you and Brian? where did you end up" I ask and she blushes. Wait what did I miss?
"All I can say is that he knows his business and girl the anaconda knows how to bite" she says biting her bottom lip
"No you didn't" I say and she giggles
"I am not gonna deny. It was pure bliss poor guy was not even after my booty he said we can wait for 3 months and I just couldn't wait that long. I seduced him into it" she says. Oh Mel
"Wow I thought I know you as the innocent type but I failed in reading Melody's journey" I say and she laughs
"I am full of surprises my love and imagine waiting an entire 3 months. The pleasure I got was for the entire year. Brian Patton f****d me nicely" she says and I laugh.
"So tell me about this new club that we suppose to go to?" I ask.
"All I can say is that it's elegant" she says
"Then I am game.....wait I have babies to nurse my babies and also Mr Patton asked me to accompany him to some gala dinner" I say as I remember
"Oh my God you are going high places who's the host" Mel asks ferning herself such drama!!! I roll my eyes
"Mr Williams from Williams Corporations" I say
"You mean thee Jasper Williams. Girl you are flourishing" she says.
"Well if that's him then yeah Him. How do you know him?" I ask
"Well we went to the same school. He is a prince but you'll never know about his status because he doesn't flex it" she says
"That explains his wealth. That guy has money and humbled. We went to his house with Patton and it looks ordinary nothing fancy. He must be really humble" I say
"Yeah he is shame. Didn't you find some wifey material in the house" she asks. Isn't she supposed to have his focus on Brian
"Nope he even cooked for us so nothing was a lead." I say
"Don't worry I think am already blinded by Brian's s*x so he is a non factor. He used to date my cousin back in high school and she is still hooked to him" she says.
Well who wouldn't be?! He is a handsome darky but not more than Patton. That man is an entire nom nom. His clear caramel skin, always nicely trimmed beard and mouth starch and shaped eyebrows. I can't even begin to describe how his Adam's apple turns me on. The way it moves when he is happy/smiling or stand still when he is angry. His eyes when they. His walk it's more like he is hitting his strokes in the bedroom. His lips!
"Dude are you drooling or zoned out" Melody asks. I didn't even see that I zoned out completely
"Sorry dude I am just tired" I lie in.
"Whatever. So what time is the Gala dinner. Cause I can't go alone in the club" she sulks.
"It's starts at 6 to 8 so I'll see if Patton gives me half day on Friday but I can't go if I work till 4 cause that will mean I won't rest" I say.
"Okay fair enough. Let me love and leave you baby" she says leaving my office
I continue working and there goes my peace. The handsome Patton walks in. He doesn't come further but stands in the middle. I just to have the whole view of his entire nom-nomness. He took out his coat. You are staring and drooling Talitha. My annoying voice.
"I thought I'll see a flash and click for the camera but I guess your eyes did you justice" he says and I snap out of it
"You know you don't forget yourself being Adris Alba" I say with a smile
"Because I am not trying to be him Tali. I am just me and that's enough" he says and I roll my eyes
"Whatever dude." I say. s**t! Mel was here now the dude word is in my tongue
"Firstly those eyes will fall and secondly I hate that dude word coming from your mouth. So have you thought about Friday" he asks.
"Yeah and I'll go with you if you buy me shoes from Aldo" I say. Testing the waters
"No problem then. How much are they" he asks. Just like that. Oh okay
"I am joking dude...I mean Babe." I say
"Okay then just so you know I was going to buy them for you and also note that Friday you are not working." He says turning to walk out. "Oh and another thing please accompany me to the tailor Thursday afternoon" he adds
"Okay since I am given a day off then I don't mind" I say and he walks out
Finally knock off time. I gather my staff and head out. I give Travis the lunchbox with six biscuits left and he thanks me. I then drive to the mall to get what the Kids will need. I have to fetch the nanny station after I am done here. My phone rings. My Acquaintance!!!!
"Dan Hi"
"Hey Litha. How are you?" He asks
"I am good. And how are you" I state
"I'm also good. What are you busy with and how was work" he asks.
"Work was good. I am shopping few things for the kids." I state.
"Okay. Can I come to the mall and have a glimpse of your beautiful self" he asks. I roll my eyes.
"No. I have to leave as soon as I am done" I say and he keeps quiet for a moment and hang up. Okay!!!!
"Surprise" he says coming from my back holding a teddy bear. I inwardly roll my eyes so he was already here. And I hope that teddy is not mine cause I don't like them worse part it's red and white
"Oh hey" I move along the shelves throwing what I need in the trolley.
He asks about work and what I did. I brief him on the things I did. I could have said and kissed my boss so that he can disappear from my sight. We continue talking. He asks about my weekend and the kids. I am bored to the core!!!!. As soon as I am down finding necessities I head to the counter. Oops I forgot to get the kids board games as promised. So I ask mr coffee (Dan) to push the trolley for me while I go look for them.
Can you believe that this guy actually bought me a teddy bear, freaking red and white teddy bear. Do I look the part of valentines and what pisses me is the fact that we used to date and he knew I never liked teddies. Anyway I thank him and take the teddy put it in my car and drive off to fetch Tracey (the nanny). When we get home the kids hype me with their energy. I missed them too. I start with the cooking.
