THE MOTHER

813 Words

My head was spinning, Aden picked me up and I felt worse being so close to him. Sniffing his fragrance made every breath a struggle. He put me in his car, my mum and dad entered the car too. He started driving and he was speeding or maybe my head was just spinning a little too much. My mum was patting my head and whispering calming words to me. I don't know how long it took, but the car finally came to a stop. While he was driving, he called Austin. My mum brought me out of the car and into an old looking hut. It was brown and tattered, it looked like a forgotten building project that never made it past the structuring. A large vapor of white smoke was coming out from the chimney, that made me know that some one was living there. My mum put me inside and laid me down on the bare floor.
