Chapter 7: The Sword of Time
The battlefield erupted into chaos.
Aditya gripped the glowing Sword of Time as shadow soldiers rushed toward him from every direction.
With one swift swing, a wave of blue energy burst from the blade, knocking several enemies backward.
The Guardian of Time stood beside him, raising his crystal staff.
"Stay focused, Aditya! The Sword responds to your courage."
General Varkon charged forward on his giant shadow beast.
"You cannot stop the Shadow Army!"
He swung his enormous black axe.
Aditya rolled aside just in time. The axe crashed into the ground, leaving a deep c***k across the valley.
Aditya leaped into the air.
"Time Strike!"
The Sword of Time flashed with brilliant light and sent a powerful beam toward Varkon.
The beam shattered the commander's armor, forcing him to retreat.
The Shadow Army hesitated.
"Keep fighting!" Varkon roared.
Suddenly, the sky turned dark.
A massive black eclipse covered the sun.
The Shadow Keeper's voice echoed across the battlefield.
"Enough games."
A gigantic portal opened above the valley.
From it descended an enormous fortress floating in the sky.
The Citadel of Shadows had arrived.
Thousands of new shadow warriors poured out of the fortress.
The Guardian looked up in shock.
"This is impossible... the Shadow Keeper has begun the Final Invasion far earlier than expected."
Aditya tightened his grip on the Sword of Time.
"I don't care how many enemies come."
"I'll protect every timeline."
The Sword began to glow brighter than ever before.
A mysterious symbol appeared on Aditya's hand.
The Guardian smiled.
"The Sword has accepted you as its true master."
But high above them, inside the Citadel of Shadows, the Shadow Keeper watched silently.
He raised a strange black crystal.
"The Time Destroyer is almost awake..."
The entire world trembled.
