The Last Door of Time Chapter 9: The Lost Kingdom of Time The first rays of dawn broke through the clouds. Although the Time Destroyer had retreated, the Chronos Realm was badly damaged. Broken towers floated in the sky, and several timelines flickered like dying stars. Aditya stood silently, staring at the glowing pocket watch. "There has to be a way to stop the Shadow Keeper forever," he said. The Guardian of Time nodded. "There is one way." He opened an ancient book bound in silver. Inside was a map unlike any other. "This is the path to the Lost Kingdom of Time," the Guardian explained. "Long before the Chronos Realm existed, the First Time Keepers built a hidden kingdom. They left behind the Crown of Eternity, an artifact powerful enough to seal the Shadow Keeper's powers." Aditya looked at the map. "Then that's where we're going." The Guardian smiled. "It won't be easy. The kingdom vanished thousands of years ago, and no one who searched for it ever returned." Together, they stepped through a shimmering portal. Moments later, they arrived in a vast desert where giant stone clocks lay buried beneath golden sand. The wind carried strange whispers. As they walked deeper into the desert, Aditya noticed enormous statues of ancient Time Keepers. Each statue held a glowing crystal. Suddenly... One of the statues opened its eyes. Then another. And another. The ground shook as the ancient guardians came to life. A booming voice echoed across the desert. "Only the worthy may enter the Lost Kingdom." The largest guardian stepped forward, raising a colossal stone sword. "If you seek the Crown of Eternity..." "Prove your courage." The statues surrounded Aditya. He slowly drew the Sword of Time. The next trial had begun. End of Chapter 9 Coming in Chapter 10: The Trial of the Ancient Guardians
