While data from one fight should be correct, Star Fury took a bunch of details into consideration when it came to actual damage. Everything from angle of fire to distance, so that damage done always had a variation. The more data Zack had, the more he could isolate the variables and work out if it was the new shielding or the weapons that were the problem. That Jenny and Greg hadn’t upgraded their weapons helped, so he had all that data on-hand for comparison.
