THE MISSION iv

IN COUNTRY OV,

It was already night, most of the vampires were already in their chambers sleeping while some had gone out to view around. The night was always the safe time for the vampires to transform to their real self, leaping from one tree to the other without being scared that some human would see them. At this point when Mushard sneaked in, he thought he has arrived at the right time seeing that the environment was calm. Unfortunately for him, he never knew one of the vampires had seeing him sneak inside.

The security of country OV was very tight, before one could enter country OV, that person’s permission must be granted by the king but how come this young man had the guts to sneak in? People do not sneak in because they know who Micheal really is and no one would want to risk their life over something that they think isn’t necessary.

The country OV is a country that is secretive, people outside country OV hardly know what’s going on inside country OV because of how they had choosen to keep their things secret hundreds of years ago till date. The vampires and witches were like human, one can find it difficult to differentiate human, vampires or even the witches. Most other countries find it difficult to know the royal family in person aside from the king because most of the time, he is always the one showing on TV. His family were never involved in the country affairs not even his wife unlike other kings or leaders.

Now that Mushard has sneaked inside country OV, he wouldn’t find it so easy to sneak into the royal chambers. Seeing a stranger like him getting inside country OV illegally without following through the legal way, will be seriously delt with.

“hey! Stop there,"

Mushard knew he has been seen, and had no option but to use a trick called “help me”.

“Hey! I am talking to you, stop there. you entered into country OV in an illegal way and you must face the penalty.

Mushard looked around, looking at the direction where the voice was coming from but could find no one. As he was about taking a step, he felt some people leaping down from the trees behind him. He felt their presence but because he was standing in front of the lights surrounding the border of country OV, he wasn’t able to see their faces but then, he still decided not to move just to be on a safe side.

MUSHARD: Help, help.

He pretended to be injured, he had actually injured himself on his way to country OV.

MUSHARD: some group of persons are planning to bring the king and his country down, i saw them and when they knew that i over heard them, they decided to throw an arrow towards me. Please i need to speak with the king, please i am no spy and i mean no harm. Please let me save the king by giving him some piece of information i know he would really want to hear.

VAMPIRE 15: do not go close to him, i don’t trust him. He is a spy.

VAMPIRE 23: but he is bleeding.

MUSHARD: please if you want to save your king, let me in. I need to tell him what he needs to know before they attack when you all are not prepared.

He said as he fell on the floor because he was actually loosing much blood.

They immediately rushed him as he fell. The palace was far from where they saw Mushard, so they had to carry him on the back leaping back to the palace.

VAMPIRE 7:it is late, the king will be resting, we should keep him in the dungeon till dawn. As for the wound, we shall take care of it and give him some food to eat and some water to.drink as well.

For many years, the vampires under the rule of the king of country OV haven't tasted blood because they had been warned to control their taste so that they wont be caught by the scientists. So drinking water will not harm them because they were use to it.

They took him to the dungeon, took care of his wound and then fed him. He was actually in the safest side of the dungeon because deep inside the dungeon was very dangerous.

The dungeon is a place in the form of a cage built with rock. But in this case, the dungeon wasn’t built, generation met it just the way it was and stories had been told that who ever that goes inside the dungeon, does not come out alive maybe that was why Mushard was kept in the safe side.

VAMPIRE 8: chain his hands and legs, we trust no one here in country OV.

After feeding him and taking care of his wound, they chained him in other not to escape and then left. leaving him alone inside the dungeon.

ON THE WAY TO THE MOUNTAIN OF LEV,

ISAAC: Mush, i leave you in command, i will soon be leaving you all even before getting to mount lev.

MUSH: you all just heard that, i am in charge now, so what ever i say is what you all shall do.

“please we have not dragged power with you, but let me remind you, do not put the life of any one in danger when master has left”.

ISAAC: like i said earlier, there is a place where you would get to, please do not touch anything. I might leave you all before we get there, so Mush, do well to always remind them. As for the place, when you get there, you will know. I do not need to describe it for you all.

“Master”…….

ISAAC: shhhhhhhhhhhhhh, (whispering), quite, i hear voices.

They stopped talking immediately and ran to hide.

WITCH 4: my queen, here looks so peaceful, don’t you think we should take a nap here a little bit then continue the journey later?

THE QUEEN: i sense danger here, when we get to a safer place, we shall rest.

“What journey are they talking about”? Let’s attack them.

ISAAC : shhhhhhhhhhhhh. (whispering) We have a mission at hand, and that we shall do. We shall attack another day.

WITCH 3: ok my queen if you say so.

THE QUEEN: some people are watching us, i can sense it.

WITCH 1: i want to die, but not like this.

WITCH 5: if you die now, you will be seen as a hero, your death will always be remembered.

THE QUEEN: quite everyone. I will cast a spell, we shall be invisible and they shall not know our pass.

“Oh my God, Master, what just happened? Seems like they just disappeared. They weren’t the people we thought they are. Maybe their spirits. Because i know no one will dare to pass this road knowing how dangerous it is”.

ISAAC: quite! Let your mind do the talking, not your mouth. Now, all of you should come out and let’s proceed.

They all came out and continued their journey.

IN THE HOSPITAL,

KELLY: why is she married to the king? The marriage to the king looks familiar, it looks as if i have witnessed the marriage. And that lady looks familiar.

KELLY: oh my God how could she want to kill the ki…..

She felt like something or someone touched her, and then she immediately opened her eyes and saw that it was a dream, and thanks to the sleeping Mercy who had rowed on Kelly causing her to wake from her dream.

KELLY: not again, i need to sleep peacefully. What kind of a thing is this? At lest now that i am still alive, let me have peace in my sleep even if it will be temporal, before i will have peace in my sleep permanently.

KELLY: " wait, why is the king beating her up”? Maybe she found out that his wife wanted to kill him”.

KELLY: why are you showing me all of this?

“There are more to see, there are more hidden secrets that needs to be revealed”.
