THE ATTACK

The car got to the hospital within 10 minutes, they called out for the doctors and nurses which they rushed out and took Mercy for medication.

IN BOVWAH,

VAMPIRE 5: what happened to you sir?

ISAAC: Don’t worry, it’s nothing.

Hearing those words from an injured man made the waiter continue his walk, He minded his business so as to avoid trouble. Vampire 4 stood as he watched the waiter walk away.

“She was not suppose to slumb, i think one of the witches have something to do with this, they might have casted a spell on her, maybe they saw ahead that someone was going to come see me in the rest room that is why they had to make her slum right before that stranger came in. But who really did that? No one saw me or could it be that someone had been monitoring ?

Vampire 2, 1, and 3 Will not be responsible for all this because they see me as one of them.

He continued walking to his destination.

Meanwhile, party had started since and will end soon. He knew the other vampires were there, and he does not want them to see him in this state so he left.

IN THE HIDDEN SIDE OF THE WORLD,

ISAAC: my Lord, i went to earth as you have commanded, i almost brought her down but someone came to her rescue.

KING: you have attacked the wrong person. When i told you to bring her down, i didn’t say you should kill her, i want her alive. She is the only one that can bring him down. Not until he is down, Micheal will still be as strong as he has always been. Until Micheal is destroyed, we will not be able to take over country OV and as for the witches, we shall destroy them if they try to challenge us. The battle is between us and the vampires. I shall send you again, make sure you do everything possible to capture her if not, Micheal can never be defeated.

ISAAC: but my Lord, what if Micheal attacks me because he might know that the only girl that can destroy him is the little girl.

KING:he will not attack you because of her, the good part of it is that he does not know that the girl is his death. he thinks that no one could ever destroy him.

ISAAC: my Lord, why is everyone scared of Michael?

KING: (he smiled). My dear some things are better not been explained but rather it is better for one to see with their naked eyes. If i should tell you who he really is, you will never believe until you see for your self. But be careful of Michael when you go to the earth because no one can predict him. I give you 1 month to bring her to me.

ISAAC: but i do not know who is Micheal, i have not met with him before, how will i be careful with a person if i do not know who i should be careful with.

KING: i have given you your assignment, you do not expect me to do the assignment for you. OK i give you the grace of 2 months to capture her, don’t border bringing her here, you know what to do. If you fail within 2 months, Micheal will find out soon and when he does, we will be all doomed.

ISAAC: OK my Lord, i promise , i will not let you down.

“My Lord it is better you describe what Micheal looks like and how his power looks like so that we can be able to know the strategies we will use on him when we attack him”.

KING: even i do not know who he is, i have not met him before, i only heard his story especially the things he had done when ever he goes berserk.

“I am beginning to tremble”

KING: it is now or never, so be ready. It is because of him i became what i am today which i am not regretting, i want to be alone. Isaac gather them and go to the devils anus to view what is going on in country OV.

ISAAC: OK my Lord, everyone come with me. He ordered.

They immediately followed him out side leaving the king inside his dwelling room.

A thick, serious and authoritative voice made a speech as they all listened.

ISAAC:hear me every one, the king has assigned us on a journey, and we will be going through the devil’s anus. We will be going to the mountain of lev to view what is happening and Now, listen attentively, i will be leaving you all at the mountain, i have a serious mission i must accomplish and i need you all to come back to the kingdom immediately you have viewed country OV. Before i forget, not all of you will be going to view it, i need just 5 persons to do that while the rest of you will stay back to protect the king. Mush, i leave you in charge of the 4 of them, ones i leave you all, mush will take over. Mu-shard, i want to see you after this meeting, he pointed at mu-shard. Finally, if we follow through the devil’s anus, we will get to the mountain within 3 days. So You all should go but the 5 of you should gather here in 20mins from now so we can move.

They all separated from each other as they went to prepare themselves for their journey.

IN THE BAR OF BOVWAH,

“I thank you all for coming to celebrate my day with me, and i also thank you for the gifts i have received from you all, both the people that left before the birthday ends, i understand . Many of us are coming from afar, just to hon-our my invitation even after hearing the terrible history of this place, you all still made out time to attend, i really appreciate. IN THE HOSPITAL,

KELLY: since we got here, you have refused saying anything.

MR ALEX: yes, because i have nothing to say.

KELLY: What really happened?

MR ALEX: just stop asking me, wait until she wakes up, she is the only one who could say what really happen….

KELLY: you are being harsh, she interrupted.

The young man just gazed at her without a word, Kelly saw that the man wasn’t given her any attention, so she decided to seat down quietly and wait till her friend regains consciousness. She sat down helpless praying that nothing should happen to her friend but Seems God answered her prayer.

KELLY: she has woken up, oh thank God. Are you feeling any pains? Are you okay? Do you have any injury, what did that fool do to do? Did he touch you? Did h…..

MERCY:please stop!

KELLY: no! do not seat up, you need to rest.

MERCY: don’t worry, i am fine. Why did you give that waiter that alcoholic drink to give to me?

KELLY: waiter? Alcoholic drink? To give to you?

MERCY:the waiter brought a glass of wine and gave it to me, he said you were the one who gave it to him to give to me.

KELLY: i did no such thing, in-fact i couldn’t get a drink. A man trie…… wait! Oh my God. I suspect that man who was talking to you was behind everything i went through.

MERCY: everything? I don’t understand.

KELLY: i suspect that those people that tried distracting me was sent by that man.

MERCY: Kelly please i still do not understand.

KELLY: i stood at the queue to get some drink, a man came from no where, stepped on me and tried fighting me, before i knew it, 3 or 4 men stood at my back. I really do not remember how many they were but all i knew was that they stood behind me blocking my view. Maybe they have actually suspected how i was looking at you to know and be sure that you are safe. But why do they want to harm us?

MERCY: us? Did any of them attack you?

KELLY: yes, but i was too strong for him to over come. At lest my beating skills were not in-vane. But i am really angry at my self, (she paused looking and caressing Mercy’s face as a drop of tears tried dropping). If only i had arrived earlier, this wouldn’t have happened. She said it as she looked at the emotionless man seating and staring at them without a word. But thanks to Mr Alex, he actually saved you.

MERCY: he did?

KELLY: yes.

MERCY: oh thank you so much, i am grateful.

KELLY: i also apologise for talking to you in such manner, i was angry that’s why.

MERCY: yes she is sorry.

MR ALEX:i have paid the bills, you can sleep here tonight because it is not safe for you to drive home at this time of the night. The nurse will take you both to the place you will be spending a night. By tomorrow morning, when ever you feel like going, call this number, a car will come to pick you up from here to the place you parked your car.

Kelly immediately took the number from him and kept it inside her small purse.

MERCY: how did you know i came with a car?

MR ALEX: for the last time, the night is not okay for you to leave . Hey you, yes you. You look stubborn, i am repeating my words because of you.

KELLY: who do… wait am still talking.

The young man walked away without letting her finish her statement.

MERCY: what kind of man is he? He acted as if he wasn’t the one we were thanking just now. He is so strange.

KELLY: do not let his issue disturb you.

MERCY: where is my purse? It is right here with me, Mr Alex gave it to me when we arrived the hospital.

MERCY: OK bring out my phone let me call my mom.

Kelly gave her the phone immediately.

MERCY: hello mom,

MRS BENITA:how are you both doing?

MERCY: we are fine mum, i just called to let you know that we will be coming back tomorrow morning so we can prepare for school.

MRS BENITA: OK my dear, you both should just stay safe OK?

MERCY: OK mum, bye.

They both ended the call as the two girls called one of the nurse to lead them to their room.
