Justin was 13 years old and always up to no good. Justin was at an age where being scolded did nothing to him. Justin was always known as a troublemaker; on the last day of school his teachers were glad to be rid of him. He was Pine Street"s very own Dennis the Menace.
Justin"s mom has since grown a tolerance to the many complaints about her son. Justin would always come and go as he pleased. His mom could only yell at him to stay out of trouble. She often found him being out of the house a relief, and would secretly relish the quiet time when he wasn’t home.
