An old lady glares out of her window before slamming it shut. Outside, music perforates the neighborhood as a young man washes his car without a care in the world. He acquired a red Honda earlier that year. He had worked almost every weekend washing dishes at a local bistro so he could buy his first car. He had spent countless hours to get it to peak perfection. It was his baby. School had just let out for the summer and the only thing he was looking forward to more than his senior year, was driving his car.
