Pinocchio sat silently, pondering. ‘What could he want?’ He thought. The boy had been visiting regularly recently, asking “ Could you fix this sir, something’s missing.” Pinocchio stared oddly at the wooden matryoshka doll. As far as he was concerned, none seemed missing. He made 5 exact replications of the drawing handed by the nervous yet upfront boy. It was decorated with pearls, painted carefully with vibrant red to assume the dress, and glossed with a shine.  It had a pair of eyes, a point of a nose, and thinly drawn lips. Was is the teeth, perhaps? Determined, Pinocchio put on his thick glasses bent closer, counting the tiny fingers. He rose, assured. It was the teeth.
