Ameya became friendly with the staff. She never made them feel like their boss. She even helped employee’s if they had any doubts or problem. She became trustworthy of Mike. He took her advice and let her take important decisions in main projects. He gave full charge when he had to attend meetings or visit his family in the US. Mike has 7 year old twin sons Jaden and Johan. Ameya met them while they visited India. Soon they all became friends. Ameya organised a brief tour plan for them, which included iconic places in Mumbai, Agra, New Delhi. She showed them the photos of her native place and few tourist spots of Kerala. Mike and family enjoyed the trip and promised her next time they’ll visit her home and take a tour of Kerala and the rest of India.
Outside the office Ameya was a loner.
