Chapter 10: The visit

After two hours, the food was ready, and the visitor was waiting in the large dining room. Fortunately, Ruth is in charge of serving, I stayed alert for any eventuality.

Then it occurred to me to bake some cookies for the children, I'm sure they will like them. I just discovered something in the time I've been here, Gabriel is not a Henderson, because I'm sure he would be here.

I prepared the cookies with chocolate chips, no one will be able to resist. The aroma began to spread quickly and within a short time, I had the two girls in the kitchen.

While they were doing business, I sat the little girls at the table and they enjoyed the cookies.

Then Mrs. Henderson appeared in the kitchen, she saw the girls sitting around enjoying the cookies and smiled at me.

-Ana, you can serve us a couple of cookies too, then you can leave. She told me and I nodded.

The girls didn't want me to leave, but I told them that if they came back another day they would cook them together. I said goodbye, then I walked to the bus stop, today has been a great day, I said why the owner is satisfied with my work.

Then a white van parks in front of me.

-We will go to the center, if you want we can carry's her, her mother offered me. How cute!
