THE next morning, we headed to the garden. The flowers we ordered already arrived, and I changed into comfortable clothes so we can start work in the garden after we’ve had breakfast.
Aside from Luisa and Nida, Maria and Anna also joined us in preparing the soil for planting. They actually told me to just sit and give instructions, but I wanted to help them out. They weren’t able to stop me when I took the trowel and started digging.
