The quiet night is a little chilly so I wrap my arms around my body, rubbing them up and down as I stepped further into the abandoned building. With only the moonlight streaming in through the windows, I wonder why I didn’t think to bring a touch light. I shivered a little as the hairs on my arm stood on end, feeling the presence of someone watching me I pause in my step and called out. “Is someone there?” The sound of something heavy falling from upstairs startles me and I gasped, squinting my eyes I could have sworn I saw a pair of yellow eyes flash from across the room but wasn’t sure if maybe it was my imagination.
