To avoid any possible harm falling on most of the candidates, most of the girls are being sent out of the palace in batches at different time slots.
There could be bandits roaming around thinking this would be a perfect opportunity to have some petty cash or elicit a large ransom from the Royal Palace or the candidate’s family.
