Falling for doom: Fire and ice

Chapter two

Bella's pov

After the embarrassing moment in the hall way, I quickly get to my first class. Lucky for me everyone has forgotten about me and they are busy gossiping about some twins that have joined this school. I quietly listen as the girls seated a few seats away from me talk animatedly about how handsome the twins are and then it got boring so I stopped listening.

The teacher enters class and the class goes quiet. The lesson begins and right in the middle of the lesson, the door opens cutting off the teacher, rudely might I add. Two tall figures enter the class room. I notice the handsome guy I bumped into . Forest eyes, yes that's what I am calling him. But after I see the other one I don't know which of the two is who. They look the same.

I see the girls subconsciously fixing their hair and pulling their skirts up making them none existent. " well what a rude way of entering class. I suppose you are the king twins. Settle in and never interrupt my class again " the teacher says obviously pissed.

The twins look around and one looks my way. I get busy on my notebook but I can feel his eyes burning holes in the side of my head. I cross my fingers under the desk and mentally chant "please don't come here". Alas just like always my prayer isn't answered. Both Adonis males sit on either side of me and I can feel every hateful glare on me from the females in this room. I suddenly feel hot and I feel beads of sweat forming on my forehead.

Although there is a tsunami of emotions crashing in my head I manage to keep my cool. One turns to me and gives me a flirty smile. " hey am Jasper we met in the hallway " he says and ends with a little teasing smirk. I nearly fall out my chair. I pray a little prayer in my heart for God to help me.

I feel my cheeks heat up as I remember what happened when we met. I nod politely and try to pretend am am listening to what the teacher is explaining. I squirm in my sit as I keep feeling both twins looking at me and the attention of the whole class, well only the girls is on me, not exactly me but the two handsome pieces of meat sitting on either side of me.

When the bell goes of I quickly collect my things with a plan to beeline for the door but no such thing happens. Jasper takes hold of my hand pulling me to him gently. I internally girl fan inside my head but a frown appears on my face. I raise a brow at him then look at where he is holding my hand. " We would like for you to give us a tour around the school " Jasper says completely ignoring my gesture. My frown deepen and suddenly I don't like him at all.

I turn to the other one. He is looking at me quietly . He gives me a little smile " Hey didn't get a chance to introduce myself am Finn" he says with a wink. I pull my hand out of Jasper's hold. Does he really think he can order me around, I get enough of that from home.

I jut my chin towards the door " There are more willing candidates out there waiting for you" when they look at the door the girl all giggle and it looks creepy. I walk out of class immediately feeling proud of myself. But the moment is short lived.

" Hey ugly b***h!" I cringe visibly at Clark's voice. Well so much for being proud of myself. I wonder where my traitorous courage has run off to. I take a deep breath and turn to him.

" You seem happy today. Remember you are not allowed to be happy " he says pushing me to harshly to a locker. His stupid friends hold me down. " I guess you have to be punished for forgetting " Clark says with a sadistic smile. I close my eyes and wait for the hit but it doesn't come I open my eyes and I let out a gasp. Atom fricking Flames is holding a pale Clark's fist tightly in his hand.

Atom's face looks absolutely murderous and it's like his eyes are bright dancing fire balls and he is glaring hard at Clark. The two boys holding me run off faster than you can say busted.

"If I ever see you again near her I don't think I will be able to gather enough self control to not burn you alive" Atom says in a deadly whisper and I can't help but feel he is not joking. Clark nods frantically and runs off immediately Atom let's go of his hand.

I feel little flatters in my stomach when he take my hand and gently walks me to my class. He lets go of my hand only when we reach my class room door. Everyone is in class but luckily for me the teacher isn't in.

" Uhhm thanks for saving me" I say awkwardly and look at him. Atom looks at me for a few moments then leaves without saying a word. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding and enter the classroom and unfortunately for me the twins have this class as well. And the rest of my other class. And in every class I keep sitting in between them. What a beautiful Monday indeed.

The final bell rings and I dash out of the school. Today has been a stressful day. I deserve a swim.

I reach my secret lake site and take off my clothes. I slowly enter the water so I can feel all my tense muscles relax. I let the water do its magic on my tired body and I feel fresh. As I float in the lake I hear some noise in the bush. I get curious and get out of the water. I pull on my clothes and squeeze out the water from my hair. I stop before leaving the lake.

It might be dangerous and I might die in the middle of nowhere. No one would ever find my body and it's quite scary. When another noise comes out of the thick forest I start moving towards the noise. I hope I don't get myself killed.
