The Marine

Chapter 4

Dean and Payton were swimming around in the pacific ocean.  The could September temperatures made the water warmer than the air around them.  Payton was in her happy place.  The way she moved in the water was like she was floating in air.  She loved the water moving between her toes and fingers.  She loved the sound of the waves crashing around her.  Next thing she knew she was in Dean's arms as he was trying to keep both of them above water.

"Let go of me, we can tread water better if we are separate," expressed Payton.

"true but i wouldn't be able to make out with you" complained Dean, "or F**k you here if we are away"

"Oh, very romantic" laughs Payton.  "besides, my first time will not be with you or in the ocean."  Payton laughs and starts to swim towards shore.

"F**k you b***h!  You are a damn tease.  Now get over here so i can destroy your perfect p***y" growls Dean.  Payton kicks Dean in the stomach and starts to swim away but the current starts to get too strong as the storms starts to roll in.  Payton starts screaming for help while trying to stay above water and swim to shore.

The sky above her glows from the lightning, the water starts to come alive as the waves become stronger and louder.  Payton looks towards the house and sees people have gathered outside.  She looks for 2 faces and sees them standing closest to the shore line.  She sees Brooks face as she cries and screams, she sees Dean's face full of determination.

All of a sudden a wave comes crashing down on her sending her tumbling under water.  Feeling the ocean floor beneath her feet she kicks up desperately reaching to the top for air.  Once she reaches the ocean surface she her lungs scream for air.  Just as she starts to try to swim again she sees Dean jump in the water and another wave hits her from behind.  *** Smack***  Payton was thrown under water with such force that she hit her head on a rock at the ocean floor.

"Well if i was to die, at least I am dying because of my one and only love.  The ocean didn't mean to hurt me.  The ocean was mad at Dean, the ocean was trying to protect me.  I feel so light and free.  My body is finally at rest" Payton thought as she started to drift out of  consciousness.  "why is my head killing me?"
