Anastasia's POV
I took Dahlia to my sitting room and ordered a few maids to bring us some tea and snacks.
All this while I have been noticing that she used to get riled up whenever I took her with me to my grandmother's mansion. Before I asked her, Seth used to accompany me but it has gotten so strange with him, I don't even know how to explain.
Before he only used to act like a loyal guard or sometimes like a protective brother. But lately, just after we signed the treaties with tribals, he started behaving strangely. Almost as if he had some authority equal to me. One day he even dared to cross my order and that was it for me. I might not be a fan of acting like a Queen but until I am one, I will have all the respect my people can give me.
