Dominic I walked out of the closet and folded the last few pieces of clothing I had grabbed and placed them into the suitcase. We were finally settled in the new house, Quinn begrudgingly went on maternity leave this week and the baby would be here in less than a month.  With the baby’s due date quickly approaching I booked the two of us a getaway for the weekend just outside of Seattle. With Paul still looking for a place of his own and Emilia still freeloading in one of our extra bedrooms, it was rare that Quinn and I ever had any alone time.
