Tina's POV
The sound of my alarm could be heard around the room as I continued to close my eyes, lying on my bed but I refused to wake up. My head was pounding. It seemed like someone was hammering it. It hurt so much. To make the situation worse, my body was also aching, especially my arms and my legs.
Annoyed with the alarm in the background, I stopped it and rolled on my side. I couldn't go to work in that state. It would be useless. I didn't have any appetite or energy in me.
I lay on my back and massaged my temples in hopes to ease the pain. When my hands came in contact with my forehead, I winced. It was hot. There was only one thing about it. I had a fever.
