Immersed in my work, I didn’t notice the time slipping away as I got lost in my thoughts and the endless stream of reports from my clients. The soft hum of my computer and the scratching of my pen against paper were the only sounds accompanying me in the quiet office. The glow from the computer screen illuminated the faint circles under my eyes, a living proof of the sleepless nights that had become all too common.
