Liam POV
I found myself drowning in the depths of the sea, struggling to breathe. Every attempt to swim to the surface was met with resistance, pushing me back down into the water.
"You don't belong among the living," a voice echoed relentlessly in my head each time I tried to resurface. "You are dead!" The voice resonated, intensifying my struggle.
"Please, let me out of here," I pleaded silently, hoping the voice could hear my thoughts. To my surprise, it responded.
"I don't think you can survive and return to the living. You are supposed to be dead, but you keep defying the laws of time and cheating death."
