I wake with a start as a piercing howl is heard throughout the pack house. It sounds like Aria's wolf. The packhouse is now in an uproar. Our fighters are rushing the women who won't be fighting and the children and young teens to a secret passage to the safehouse. After they are safe in the safehouse, we all head out to where we want to keep the fighting at. My group has me in the center with those closest to me surrounding me and Damien's pack around us. Adam and Shayne, of course, are at the front of the group because they are the Alpha and Beta of our pack.
