We get to Dipak's office and Jack sits at one end. Dipak on the other. I sit by Collin this time.
"Did you see anything odd?"
"I didn't notice anything odd or even see her come down the path. I didn't see her until she started walking up the steps. Then she sat the plate down and said 'your cakes' sir.' I saw nothing odd. It even took me a couple seconds to register that I didn't order any cakes."
"And then?"
"I jumped over the rail and took her head off. I got blood in my eye and didn't really see s**t after that."
"That's it?"
"Actually no. The reason I didn't focus on her is that I saw a bushy black-haired man down the path. But he was far away and I couldn't tell anything. He was too far. Then I realized I hadn't ordered cake. So I jumped the rail."
