I wake up about 2. This is much better. I get downstairs and the house is clean. Not sure how that happened.
I make it to the porch and Tre is reading the paper. "Good morning."
"Good morning. The races are going late again tonight and there are no classes or play practice tomorrow. But you'll still have your dance practice."
I shiver and shake my head.
"Marcus has a doctor's note for you. And he's going to go and explain what happened. But he wants you to go even if you don't dance. And I had the castle servants clean the house."
"Thank you for that. It was gross."
"Yes, it was. You need to get something to eat. Festival food is all going if you don't want to go to the castle."
"I NEED MY MONEY." I grab it in record time and run back to the porch. "YOU WANT ANYTHING?"
