I roamed around the forest for a few minutes before walking towards the small lake. It is my favorite spot to spend some time alone. I looked around but there was no one. It is very rare for a person to come to this part of the forest. Our village was not included in any pack’s territory but it was near to the Halfmoon pack. Although there were not many facilities in our village, but it gave us one biggest thing, and that is freedom. Our cottage was in the most secluded part of the village but we could enter in the Halfmoon pack through this forest and come back safely without getting caught. This is how I managed to escape every single time after stealing things. I don’t want to do that for a living, but I tried my hand in jobs in the past and none of them seemed suitable to
