I hung up with Ella and felt much better about leaving her. I loved the fact that she went and spent the evening with Jordan. I was hoping that would help her feel a little better about everything going on. I also hoped that talking with Dr. Katz would help.
“What are you smiling about?” Liam asked as I came into the room.
“Your sister.”
“God, I’m sorry I even asked and don’t tell me another damn word.”
