Following The Leader

First Meeting

After brushing my teeth and hair, I wrap a towel around my body and headed to my closet to pick out an outfit for the day. It takes some time, but with some careful consideration, I chose a white tube top with a black and white checkered mini skirt. To add some flare, I also put on a cute black belt.

I look at my calendar and see that my cousin Mina and my best friends Tyler, Libbie, Bennan, and Landon have planned a night out. Seeing this, I start on my makeup. I decided to add some color by doing a black smoky eye with purple in the corners. To top everything off, I add a black choker and an amethyst necklace and bracelet set.

It took an hour for me to finish doing my hair and makeup. By the time I'm done, it's nearly 1pm. I have about 5 hours before everyone gets here. I take this time to run into town to get a few things. When exiting my house, I run into someone's chest. I look up to see a 5 stranger. "I'm so sorry. I was in a rush and didn't see you there. " I scramble for words.

"It's okay" comes a deep voice with a thick accent. I look up to see a tall figure standing in front of me. I step to the side and apologize once more before rushing off.

I spend a few hours doing my shopping before heading home to meet my friends. When I get home, Mina is already there sitting on my couch reading one of my books while she waits. "Ugh, I forget how much of a book worm you are." She giggles as she sets my book back on the coffee table where I left it. This causes me to giggle. "You look cute today. Trying to impress someone, " She says suggestively.

"Who would I be trying to impress?" I say, looking at her. After some time, everyone arrives, and we all leave.
