Someone knocked on their door.
Amelia gave the door a hard stare. Jolly ran behind Amelia to the back of a cupboard. If the person in her brother wasn’t him, they’ll be possibly no way she can help at this point. If things go bad.
“Lia?” the person called out.
“Thalin?” Amelia uncoiled from the mental fear she had fallen in when she imagined it was Koline at the door.
She opened to see Thalin wearing one of the biggest grin she’d seen him with.
“Long time, and don’t worry about me being here. Koline said I could tell you this awesome news. Ezan withdrew from battle. Though the general said they’re some complications, still Ezan withdrew. And great still, they’ve accepted our alliance agreement” he jumped as he talked. Well, not really jump but something close to it.
