"Where'd you go?" Jolly asked him when he came back. He had the look of defeat mixed with confusion. "Around. What's behind you?" he asked, stretching to view the object she had behind her.
She brought forth a short piece of cloth, "Amelia made it. Her first towel".
Koline's eyes dimmed.
"Hmm, nice" he said, casually.
Jolly mumbled some words before going back in.
"So?" Amelia asked her.
Koline stood by the wall to hear them.
"He said it was really nice for a first timer. That you did well" Jolly grinned, handing over the towel.
"Did he? Oh well. Guess I should try something that isn't a towel" Amelia smiled back. She began sorting out threads and materials to try.
Jolly went over to help. Koline quietly sneaked away.
The mystery bird was low key tormenting him.
