Chapter 7

While Alice was walking her mom called to check on her. Then her mom tried to tell her that Alex was a bad person with anger issues. She told her mom that he was a gentle loving person who she truly loved. Then she told her everything Alex gave her and told her she was happy and that she wished she would be happy for her too. Then she hung up the phone.

Alex felt that Alice was upset. So he went to find her to find out why. When he caught up with her she smiled. She asked him why he was there. She thought he was working. He said he could feel she was upset. She told him everything her mom said. He was mad. He could not believe her mom would say that when he has not done anything to her. He was so confused. He told her not to worry about what she said. They walked for a little bit.

Alice asked if she can let Jane out to run for a little bit. Alex told her she didn't have to ask that she could do whatever she wanted. She said thanks and then shifted. She ran for a little. Alex forgot that no one has seen her wolf there. While she was running guards stopped her and told her she was trespassing. They called Alex and when he got there he was mad. He told them to let his mate go. They told her they were sorry. They didn't know it was her. She said it was okay and she understands.

Alex mind linked John to get everyone outside the pack house before he got there. When they arrived home he told her that she would never get stopped again. He told everyone that if they saw a silver wolf with gold legs and pink eyes to not be scared it was

just their Luna. Everyone asked if they could see Jane. Jane was happy to be there and to have people who loved her. Alice shifted and Jane walked through the crowd. Everyone was talking about how pretty she was.

After a few minutes Zane wanted to go to his mate. So Alex shifted too. Zane and Jane went for a run together. They ended up by the lake and they shifted back. They stayed there and talked and she asked if he would mark her so everyone knew who she was. He told her she has nothing to worry about. Finally she said she doesn't want to wait any longer she wanted his mark. So he agreed and they marked each other. They were so happy. Then he asked her to marry him.

She told him yes but she wouldn't get married to him until her parents stopped their s**t. And they either accepted them or got out of their way to be happy. Alex said he agreed and that he understands. Alice asked him about his parents. He told her that he lost his parents in a rogue attack. She said sorry to hear that and he was an awesome Alpha and mate. He took her into his arms and kissed her.
