"What are you trying to do? You were the one who said I shouldn't mention it at all."
I glared at him, keeping my voice low even though there wasn't a single person around.
The mischievous smirk on his lips widened.
"Then you shouldn't have brought up the tonic."
I looked away, feeling slightly guilty.
"That was because I was wondering why you came here. The only reason I could think of was the bond," I murmured.
"It isn't the bond."
"Then what is it?" I frowned. "You're going to get me into trouble." The urge to scold him until he finally left was becoming overwhelming.
"I think it's the bond too."
He laughed genuinely and pointed at my expression.
"You should see your face right now."
