~MIRA'S POV~
Seraphina scoffed, irritation flashing across her face at their response.
"Can either of you ever do anything right?" she hissed loudly.
"How could a weakling like this scare anyone away? You had one simple job, and that was to ruin the face she's so proud of." She rolled her eyes at me, her words dripping with jealousy.
"Don't worry," she said with a wicked smile.
Her eyes glinted with cruel excitement, like she couldn't wait to do what was on her mind.
"I'll scratch your eyes and nose once we're inside the cage. It'll be easier there, and nobody will be able to stop me." She pointed toward the iron cage standing at the center of the hall.
