Hannah caught me off guard when she asked about Fred. I did not know if I should tell her the truth or not.
Fred has been a nightmare and honestly I didn't want Hannah to stress about it. I can deal with him. I have already started planning my exit from this house.
"My marriage is fine," I lied.
"Really? Then why haven't you fallen in love with him then?" She asked.
"Are you serious right now? How can I be sexually attracted to him? I am into girls,"I said defensively.
"Okay. I thought that he was a bad man since Jack says so,"Hannah mumbled.
I knew this was the moment to tell her the truth but I let it slide. I didn't want to ruin this beautiful moment by thinking about all the evil that Fred has done to me.
"Well, he is quite something. Let me not lie,"I mumbled
