The gym was packed just as I thought. Sweat-drenched bodies to be found at every corner one turned to, each person seemingly occupied in one thing or the other. I stepped into the area, signing in at the reception counter, and having been assigned the day's card, I hurried to the lockers to change. What I fancied most about Herbert's Gym, was the provision and availability of facilities. I found myself an empty spot, going into the exercise area, and soon plugging my earphones in, I started on the treadmill.
