Julian's POV Through the phone came the unmistakable sound of tongues sliding and saliva pressing together in a kiss. Three rows of parking spaces away, Sebastian was standing there, shamelessly kissing Evelyn. I didn’t want to hear even one more second of it. I hung up immediately and turned toward my car. The engine roared to life, and I drove straight past them. Was Sebastian’s mouth glued to hers or something? Damn it—why the hell hadn’t he let go yet? But Evelyn clearly wasn’t as lost in the moment as he was, because as I drove by, her eyes met mine. If this were a movie, that single second would deserve eight cameras and a hundred slow-motion replays. I wanted to know what was written in Evelyn’s eyes. I wanted the voice-over. I wanted to hear her tell me she had no choice
