Fifteen Back on Themis, the lights were dimmed, and we moved about the deck quietly. I stepped toward the aft stairwell. “Good night, everyone.” “We’re right behind you,” Xavier said. “Oh well, I’m going to my cabin.” “Yeah.” He shrugged. “I’ll cut through the guest cabins instead of through the front staircase.” He gave me a perplexed look. “Is that okay?” “Yeah, of course.” My eyes flicked to Seb’s and he covered his mouth with his hand.
