It had never crossed her mind. She had no idea how it happened, neither had she ever imagined it. It came as a shock, a wild sensation trying to eat up her mind and soul. But there he was, sitting before her, in her father's living room, on her father's most cherished chair, looking at her as though a predator had seen its prey. Damn! He was looking at her with the same intensity she was looking at him. It was so hard to believe that he was sitting before her as her fiancee.
