Josh tied the boat to the pole stickig from the water and held out a hand to help me get off the boat. Larger waves had caught up to us causing the boat to rock. I was happy to set foot on a surface that was solid and unmoving. I sighed in relief. "Welcome to Hongdo!" Mo-Mo exclaimed. There were large rocks off the shore that waves crashed into and danced around. Some looked like they were trying to walk to shore but were frozen in place. The green trees waved in greetings. I could hear the howl of the wind singing as it breezed by. I took in the mountain scenery and smiled widely. "It really is beautiful." "Just wait until you see the inhabited area." Josh laughed as he walked forward. He was now carrying his shoes in his hand and texting with the other. "No wonder the kid isn't shifting. He never allows his wolf side to even come close to coming out. Hes's always burried in that damn thing." I said to no one in particular. I heard Mo-Mo chuckle behind me. I turned to see him retying the boat. "Not good enough?" I asked. She shook his head, smiling. "The kid isn't very interested in much of anything outside of technology. Good luck with getting him away from a phone or laptop. Guy is glued to it 24/7." He tugged on the rope and then stood. I quickly grabbed my bag as he reached for it. He rasied his brow. "You know I'm going to carry that." He warned. I stuck my tongue out at him, laughed and ran off to the island. I could hear him running after me, laughing. As my feet his the sand I came to a stop, catching my breath. "OOF!" I gasped as Mo-Mo scooped me up from behind in a bear hug. "Tight!" I laughed breathlessly. He set me back down and the sand went between my toes. It was soft as silk. He laid his chin on top of my head and lightly hugged me. "I'm so glad your finally here." He whispered. I reached and held onto his arms. "Me too." I whispered back. "I wanted to tell you something." He went on in a low voice. "I tried telling you earlier-" He was cut off with Josh yelling at us to hurry. I smiled and patted Mo-Mo's arms. He sighed and dropped his arms. "Kid always ruins it." He mutters. He takes my bag from my shoulders and walks ahead of me towards a set of stairs that led up to a large building. His feet kicking up sand as he went. I noticed now he was in blue jeans and flip flops. The man looked good. I wont lie. I smiled and followed up to the house. I was in awe of the home. It was large enough to be considered a small hotel. Mo-Mo grabbed my wrist and dragged me in. I stepped into a well furbished home filled with natural wood furnitur with white fabric. Floral pillows accented the room. Large paintings of plants lined the tall walls. A beautiful young woman stepped up to me. Her hair was a dark honey brown, eyes a light hazel, her skin was tanned to perfection. She stood about at my height and I could tell she was very slender under her flowing white dress. She smiled a pearly white smile at me. "Welcome!" She said in prefect English. She hugged me. I was so shocked that I froze. She pulled away. "I am the Luna, Sarah Kang." "Oh!" I gasped looking between her and Mo-Mo. "She's- I mean, you're his mother!" It clicked. Thats where he gets his eyes from. I looked to the stern looking man. Thats where the Asian came from. I think Mo-Mo looks more like his mother now that i see his parents. His father was slightly shorter than Mo-Mo, black hair, dark brown eyes, and tanned skin. He wasn't as muscular as Mo-Mo but still very intimidating. He wore a black top with grey sweats and no shoes. He looked totally relaxed. He supprised me with a smile and hugged me in a tight hug, lifting my feet from the ground and rocking back and forth. He set me back on my feet, Sarah wrapped an arm around one of the Alphas. "My name is Kim Min Sik. Call me Kim." His voice was a tad deeper than Mo-Mo's. I bowed. "Thank you forallowing me on the island." Sarah waved her hand at me. "Oh honey, its an open island, we only live here. We're a small pack in Korea. Its just a peaceful area unlike the city." She looked up at Kim. He shrugged and nodded. "It is crazy over there." His accent was thick but still easily understood. "I'll show her to her room." Mo-Mo called out. "I'm sure she wants to shower and settle in after that long trip here." "Oh!" Sarah seemed to remember. "It totally slipped my mind! I had a hunch you guys were wanting to go play in the ocean." "Looks like someone already did." Kim chuckled. I smiled and Josh laughed. He had been sitting on the stairs, focused on his phone. "Yeah, she made the mistake of going to the front of the boat." Josh glanced up with a smirk on his face. Everyone laughed. "I know now." I mummbled, laughing at myself. Mo-Mo walked to the stairs, moving around Josh and motioning me to follow. I followed up the stairs and passed by a few closed doors. "These are either empty or occupied by visiting wolves. We let them stay for free as a way to promote peace between our clans." He explains as he keeps walking. He comes to a door almost all the ay down the hall. He walks in and holds the door for me. I walk into a soft pink room with a bed colored with a comforter full of colored starfish print. The window has a sheer white curtain that over looked the beach. I had a small desk and chair that were white washed and clear for use. There were two doors on a wall and Mo-Mo opened one that showed a decent size closet. There were outfits already hung up. "Mom went ahead and got you a few things. We knew you would bring the bare minimum." I nodded, understadning. He opened the other door and showed a white bathroom with teal accents. A walk in shower was in the center of the bathroom, A large beach wood pillar held the shower nosel about seven feet off the ground. There was a tub to the side that looked more like a jacuzzi. My jaw dropped as I looked at him. "Don't worry. My room is right across the hall if you need help scrubbing your back." He joked. My face got warm as I rolled my eyes. He set my bag on the bed. "But, really." He cupped my face in his hand. "If you need anything I'm right across the hall." I nodded. "Shoo." I smiled. "I want to shower!"
