“I love you,” I whispered while gently rubbing her smooth sandy blonde hair. She hummed in response but I knew she was already sleeping. I smiled, admiring the beauty in front of me. Sleeping peacefully. f*****g finally. I felt guilty that I left her causing her unable to sleep. I was aware of it. Venus pretended to be sleeping but she was actually never slept. Not without me around her. She went straight to her dream world once I joined her. Even though once I walked out of this bedroom of ours, maybe Venus would soon notice but I had something else I needed to do now. “I’ll be right back before you know it, baby.” I gave her another kiss before I pushed my body from the bed.
Grabbing my blue linen shirts and grey slacks. Pushing my feet to my Armani shoes, I headed to the door
