Daniel takes me to a spa and parks the car in the parking lot. “This is so you can be pampered on your birthday. There’s a couple’s massage that we can do together and you can take a mud bath, which is suppose to be good for your skin. Come on, let’s go inside,” he tells me, hopping out of the truck.
I follow him out of the truck and close the door. “You didn’t have to do this for me. I was fine just spending the day with you,” I tell him, walking towards the door.”
