The class took longer than usual, or maybe it was just me. Didn’t hear one thing the teacher said.
All I could think about was Jacob, and why he was being cold today.
It was one thing for him to not have called or texted after the events the previous day, but ignored me in class, like I was some pathetic stalker.
The class finally ended, but there was no way I could talk to him, not with everyone there like that, and I couldn’t afford to miss any other classes.
So I’d have to be like this until after the third period. Not knowing, if something else had happened… or if I’d done something wrong was killing me.
Kept glancing, but he wouldn’t even spare me a second glance. It was like I no longer existed to him.
Reggie kept blabbing about some stupid party.
