Chapter 1

Chapter 1

-Sick.

Jordan POV.

"Kitty, my head hurt," Ashlynn whines yet again, sitting on my lap, my hand went to her back, petting it, she's not feeling well, Ashlynn got the flu.

"You know you should have obeyed me," I say knowing she wouldn't be sick if she did as I told her to.

Yesterday it snowed for the first time this year, Ashlynn although raised in the town where it snows every year, she still gets excited every single year and an excited Ashlynn is an Ashlynn who runs out to play in the snow, I called her back in, she wasn't dressed properly for the snow, playing out wasn't doing her any good.

Ashlynn ignored me, but things got even worse when Kiara joined her, now the two girls are playing outside, running around, jumping in the snow.

"Kiara, Jacob is going to have your bum," I warn my little sister, her daddy is busy, putting me in charge, but if he comes and sees her out playing in the snow, she's going to have her bum handed to her.

Jacob and Kiara got together three year ago, she's our newest family addition, and his mate, his true mate, the one we'd always love and take care of. She's also a little, I love littles, they are an interesting creature, all of us wolves couples have a dominant and a submissive part. Most use some kind of b**m to keep their relationship working, to help them take good care of each other, we're only adults when we are twenty-one years old. The most dominant one of the couples would be able to locate the second part, I know I'm a dominant wolf, I'm the third in command in my pack, I saw my brother fall for Kiara even before we got to the twenty-one mark, he felt the pull toward her, and she felt some pullback toward him.

I can't wait to find my mate, to feel any kind of pull, anything really, I want to fall in love too, although I'm a sassy creature, I only show love to my close family, the three girls in my family, my mom, and two sisters. But once I find my mate, I'd scream on top of my lungs that I love them, if that would be what they want, what they crave to believe that my love for them is undeniable, I fell in love with a mate that I haven't met yet, talk about being a helplessly romantic wolf, but say that out loud and I'd bite your head off.

"Come play with us, Jordy!" Kiki calls to me, but I shook my head no, she was in deep trouble.

"Girls, come in now, you'll both get sick," I say starting to get annoyed by the two, which is weird, I never feel this angry over the two girls, I always allow them to do what they want, I allow them to play out and help them sass out the alpha and beta, especially with the beta being Kiara's daddy.

"No, come out here!" Ashlynn calls to me again, she's attached to me, she has been like that since the day I came to live in this family, I loved her being my little sister, I loved taking care of her, I loved having someone to take care of, to love and be loved back, she's my baby sister, the one that I'll always take good care of.

"Girls, I swear, if Jacob and Keiran kick your bums, I'll let them do it," I warn them, I wasn't going to get between the alpha and beta, especially if they plan on kicking their bums for playing out in the snow.

"They won't!" Ashlynn answers me, she won't get punished as badly, she's a dominant wolf, she's the most powerful one after me in this pack, she can take care of herself.

"Kiara, I'm going to call Jacob," I say having enough with them my wolf was extremely annoyed with the two brats.

"Call him," Kiara answers me, sticking her tongue out at me.

"I will you brat," I answer her and get my phone, I did as promised and called Jacob.

"Yeah?" Jacob answers me right away.

"Your little brat is playing in the snow," I tell him, hearing him groan over the phone was something expected.

"How bad is it?" he asks me, he's going to like this.

"She's only dressed in your hoodie, and a short," I inform my brother, although us wolves don't get cold easily, a pup like Kiara would definitely get cold out there.

"I'm on my way," Jacob answers, now to deal with my bratty sister with no dominant to scare her back in.

"Ashlynn, if you don't come in, I'm going to s***k you," I only did it once, when she sneaked out to go to the club without telling anyone for the first time in her life, she was only fifteen at the time, this offence wasn't as bad as the club one, but I was irritated, really angry at her.

"You won't do it daddy Kitty! You are all bark and no bite," Ashlynn says, getting on my last nerves, I jumped outside and went to get the brat of a sister, I dragged both her and Kiara inside, ignoring their screams and cries about wanting to stay outside, I threw them both on the living room floor, locking the front door.

"Jordan not nice," Ashlynn says with tears going down her face, I might have hurt her more than I meant to, I felt my wolf retract now, he doesn't want to hurt her, he loves Ash.

"Ashlynn..." I say wanting to hold her now, I didn't mean to hurt my sister, but she takes off running toward her room, ignoring me, good thing we share the same room, I'll have a chance to apologise before bed. I groaned, I just messed up, I stayed with Kiara until her daddy, aka Jacob came home, I left him to take care of his little and ran upstairs to try and talk to Ashlynn.

"Ash, honey, I'm sorry," I say walking inside our room, I saw her sleeping on her bed, her face hidden in the pillow.

"Go away," she says sniffling.

"I'm sorry sis, I'm really sorry," I say getting in the bed next to her holding her, she slept that night in my arms, we share the same bed when we need one to hold the other.

That night passed slowly, Ashlynn woke up sick, and in need of extra attention and love from me, I would always give my sister the care she needs from me, even if I wasn't feeling the best at the moment.

Chapter 2

- Irritated.

Jordan POV.

"Jordan, can you please drive the girls?" Mom asks me, I love my mother to the moon and back, but right now, I would prefer to be left the f**k alone, is that too much to ask for.

"No mom, ask Kei to do it," I say doing a wave with my hand, I just spent a whole week wiping Ashlynn's nose, I could use some free time.

"Keiran is busy, Jacob got work with me, now drive the girls," Mom order me using her alpha voice on me, I didn't like her alpha voice, especially when she use it on me, I whined, but nodded my head, I will drive them then.

"Girls! Jordan is going to drive you, get ready!" she yells out loud making my ears ache, she didn't need to yell so close to me. I groaned again, I moved going toward my car, turning the car on, putting some of my music on, music always helps, but not today, I was too pissed to enjoy anything.

"Hey, kitty!" Ashlynn says too happy, sitting next to me, while Kiara took her sweet time, coming to sit in the backseat.

"Hey Jordy!" she says with a big smile, although I love Kiara too, but her happiness is too much for my annoyed self.

"Sit down, put your seatbelt on," I order both girls, starting to drive, ignoring the girls, ignoring their chats, and turning the music sound even louder.

"Jordy, can we get some ice cream?" Ashlynn asks, just got better, after her bad flu, she doesn't need another sickness, I wasn't in the mood to play nurse yet again.

"No, you were sick," I answer her, but my little sister decided to be extra annoying today.

"Pleaaaase! Pleaaaaasseeeee, Jordy!" She begs me, but I wasn't about to give in, she's not getting any ice cream.

"I said no," I say in a firm voice making my sister whine, but I ignored her, she can whine all she wants, she's not getting any ice cream.

"How long would it take you two?" I ask them, parking in front of the mall, Kiara is getting a dress for Jacob's birthday, it's the day they'll be able to mate in it, it's a big day for them both.

"You're not coming?" Kiara asks me with tears filling her eyes, I don't like seeing her in tears, but me going there with them, it would end up badly.

"I have some work to do girls, go and enjoy, I'm sure you'll chose a pretty dress," I say trying to make it up for them, but the sad look didn't part their faces.

"But you got to come too, you promised," Kiara says, a lone tear falling down her face.

"Yeah, Jordy! You're the best person to choose clothes with!" Ashlynn says, but that got me angry.

"Girls, just fricking go, I don't want to see the dresses, you two can chose on your own," I say in an irritated voice.

"You don't have to be so mean about it, let's go Kiara," Ashlynn was quick to answer me, although I could see the look on her face, the hurt and broken one, I pulled on Ashlynn's hand, I can't let her go not while this hurt.

"Message me any potential dresses you have," I say this time with a tight smile, making the girls smile again, they won't have me with them, but I can answer their messages.

"Okay, bye kitty," Kiara says with a big pout on her face, she left the car, waiting for Ashlynn to join her.

"You okay? You haven't been yourself," Ashlynn asks, her question was only filled with concern, but my mood was too low to take her concern well.

"I'm good Ashlynn, go," I say between gritted teeth.

"No, what's wrong with you, talk to me brother," my sister asks.

"Nothing Ashlynn, nothing is wrong, I just spent a whole week wiping your nose, I get my chance to get some alone time," I say getting angry now, tears filled Ashlynn's face, before I could pull her back into the car, she had managed to leave, holding Kiara's hand and running toward the mall, ignoring my calls.

Angry, I hit my steering wheel a few times, screaming my frustration, I have to find another way to deal with my sister, a simple sorry won't help here, and to be honest, I don't want to make it up for her, I don't want to talk to her, I want to be left alone.

I drove off to find a parking spot, anywhere in the town would be good, I started to drive but an i***t decided to cut me through from the right side, I honked at the i***t, but he had a death wish, putting his hand out of the window, giving me the middle finger, the rude jer. I opened my window and yelled at the jer, honking at him, until he moved away from my way, but that only got me even more pissed. I found a place to park my car, placing it there, getting out of my car, slamming my door close, I walked toward the forest now, my eyes shifting to their wolf form over and over again, I'm blond with sea green eyes, but when in wolf form, my wolf is more grayish than blond my eyes are emerald green.

I shifted to my wolf form, enjoying being on all four, this new form gave me from freedom to take my anger out, I started to run, attacking anything that moves, that includes rabits, squirls, and anything else, but those weren't enough, the little blood they provided wasn't enough blood shed for the anger inside me. I saw some packmates doing patrols, running around, they all bowed their heads toward me, we are all friends, usually we train together, fight together, we have a brotherly bond.

When one of the wolves decided to come and mess with me, he did the wrong choice, when he tried to attack me, although it's a game for us usually, today was different, when I fell on the ground, I didn't see it as a friendly game, I didn't see it as brotherly fire, instead I was angry, I pushed the wolf off me, I jumped on him, I went for his neck, I went to the kill. Other wolves joined our game, the one that wasn't a real game, everyone was just trying to push me off him, to save their brothers but to no use, I almost had him, until I felt a much stronger wolf pushing me off, the alpha, Keiran.

-Scolded.
