13 The next morning Lochlan drove me to work, and I tried to ignore the implied intimacy of such a domestic chore. We each had our bags ready and would leave as soon as he talked to Fergus. I was an anxious mess about the exchange and the trip to Faery where I would be seeing Queen Guin again. She had been adamant that once my transition was complete I had to move to Faery.
