School was hectic the next day.
I arrived earlier than usual in order to avoid seeing some faces, namely Livette and Ricky. I knew she wouldn’t talk to me, especially after what happened, and as for Ricky, I’d have to keep a close eye on him in case he decided to get revenge for what happened.
When I reached the class, I was surprised to see Katie there. She waved me over, and I sat next to her. We got close together, and she asked me, “What the hell happened?”
I sighed. “It seems everything went to crap.”
