Mariana's secret:

Mariana Apez couldn't stop thinking about (remembering) her meeting with Lucas at the comic book store. The second chapter, her new life began with her remembering every detail, still nervous and worried that he might have noticed her true appearance without makeup. At the same time, she felt relieved that he hadn't mentioned anything.

At Escola Secundária Estrela do Mar, Mariana began to feel more at ease, especially with her new friends, Sofia and Ana.
