Luna made it her obligation to spend as much time with Veda, telling her stories of the ancient Hushpack, of Roland and his father the Alpha, showing her pictures and learning as much as she could about Veda.
Veda was grateful for the attention from Luna. It has been a while she had a mother figure talking to her the way her Mom did. She selfishly wanted to spend as much time with Luna as possible.
Roland will be the last person she will want to spend such much with, and as an Omega, she is not allowed to make friends in the packhouse.
