A shiver runs through me, straight down my spine. My body reacts before my brain can catch up. Shit. I swallow. "I didn’t do anything wrong." "Out." He points to the hallway, his expression bored, like I’m wasting his time. Fuck. How do I leave without grabbing the damn phone? I need to call Natty. But I also don’t want to test Dante right now. He looks like he’d love an excuse to make an example out of me. So, I nod, start walking up the stairs, acutely aware of Dante’s heavy presence behind me. I hear him stop by Alessio’s room and push the door open. This is my chance. The second he steps inside, I spin around and race downstairs, straight for the balcony. But of course, someone just has to f*****g be there. Lavina or whatever the hell her name is…is leaning against the railing
