Preparations were made, messages were exchanged, and before I truly realized how much time had gone by, I found myself standing inside the grand banquet hall of the Lycan prince. The hall itself was enormous, far larger than any gathering space I had ever attended before. Tall pillars lined the sides of the room, carved with ancient symbols that spoke of power and authority. Golden chandeliers hung high above us, their warm light reflecting against polished floors and long tables filled with expensive food and wine. Everywhere I looked, there were Alphas.
