I woke up in jail again for the second time in as many weeks. This time, however, I'm not exactly sure what the offense is. I know I went to Daniel's apartment. I tried to convince him to let me stay with him. I needed my Daddy. But he's got a new b***h now, and I'm on my own again. I don't like being alone.
I don't know what time it is but suspect around seven thirty or eight. I can hear signs that the jail is waking up. Doors are clanging, and the new shift is coming on, the last shift going home. The guards are laughing and greeting each other. Some of my fellow inmates are starting to stir as well. I'm in a cell with two other girls.
